We’ve spent the last thirteen years helping therapists build thriving private practices through Therapy Practice Accelerator.
In that time, we’ve served thousands of clinicians — solo and group a like — guiding them toward full caseloads, confident marketing, and meaningful impact.
But over time, we noticed something.
Group practice owners needed more.
They weren’t just looking for a few more clients or an optimized website.
They were building systems, leading teams, and making big bets on the future of their communities.
They had to be marketers, HR experts, culture builders, and visionary leaders—all while staying grounded in the mission that brought them into this work in the first place.
We saw that the traditional tools didn’t go far enough.

So we did what we always do: we studied.
